Originally formed as a 5-piece band in Early 2005, Damaged Inc have been thrashing around at numerous venues throughout the UK, bringing the energy and passion of Metallica's music to the live stage.
Nearly two years later, January 2007 saw the departure of guitarist Adam Wingrove, forcing the band to continue as the relative 4-piece. Although Damaged Inc continued to perform in venues for many months after, in late 2007, the band decided to call it a day (but not for long)...
2008 saw the former members of Damaged Inc. missing the therapy of thrashing out to some of the greatest metal songs live on stage. In March 2008, the band were reunited, but only to be met with the absence of bass player Dave Hall who joined the band 'Stomp 66' during the silence of Damaged Inc.
Damaged Inc were now on the hunt for a new bass player to keep up with the speed and energy of the music of Metallica!
Shortly after beginning the search, Damaged Inc had found Mark 'Merky' Brimacombe. Merky's ability, sound and attitude made him prime candidate for the role.
Damaged Inc continued to perform and increase their presence on the gigging circuit, always including new or different songs to their arsenal.
After performing in Damaged Inc for over a year, Merky sustained an injury that would hinder his playing for sometime. This injury sadly resulted in his departure in August 2010 when he thought it unfair for him to continue with no recovery date in sight.
Again, Damaged Inc. were now on the look out for a bass player with the skill and ability to follow in the footsteps of Mark Merky Brimacombe.
